Do you make health information available to your members?
Yes. We empower our members to make informed health care choices through educational programs and strong customer service support.

Member education programs and clinical consultations with clients and members help ensure safe and appropriate drug utilization. For specific questions, our Help Desk is open weekdays from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time).

Do you offer web access to your services?
Yes. Our personalized interactive web sites allow clients and members access to plan-specific information. In addition, our clients can access software upgrades quickly and efficiently through the Internet, freeing up internal information system resources for other applications.

For clients who prefer more control of plan utilization, we offer intranet web-based solutions that reduce plan costs even more.

Can I order my prescriptions by mail?
Yes. Many of our members prefer the convenience of mail-order prescription service which is cost-effective and delivered right to your door!

Do you offer disease management programs?
Yes. Our disease management programs are patient oriented, with foremost emphasis on quality of care. Cost, while important, is secondary. Rather than looking solely at short-term cost implications, we evaluate the long-term results of therapy to determine its total cost.

For members who require life-sustaining medication, we offer customized programs that help ensure better, more cost-effective outcomes. For specific high-impact disease states, we provide the best care available.

What about member privacy?
The privacy of our clients and members is of utmost concern to us. Because we process and transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) on behalf of our clients, we have developed and implemented a comprehensive plan for compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) as it applies to our specific business.
