The Member Eligibility Application enables you to manage your US Script PBM account, view claim history, update eligibility, administer prior authorizations, and run standard reports. A valid User ID and Password is required.
The Discoverer Plus Application is a powerful ad hoc reporting tool which can help you pinpoint the data you need to make informed decisions about your pharmacy benefit. US Script can open a Discoverer account for you or create your ad hoc report requests as needed. A valid User ID and Password is required.
