To use the Member Eligibility Application, you must have the latest JInitiator plug-in installed on your machine.

To install the JInitiator plug-in, please read and follow these instructions.

Note: You must be logged in as the Local or Domain Administrator to install JInitiator and the security file. Contact your local Windows administrator if you do not have the required privileges.

• 1. Click here to download the JInitiator application file to your desktop.
• 2. Double click the JInitiator file on your desktop to start the install process.
• 3. Click Run.
• 4. When the program starts, go through the steps, accepting the defaults.
• 5. When the install process is finished, click Close.

To install the security file, please read and follow these instructions.

• 1. Click here to download the security application file to your desktop.
• 2. Double click the security file on your desktop to start the install process.
• 3. Click Unzip to install the file.
• 4. When the install process is finished, click Close.
• 5. Reboot your computer (required).

You should now be able to log into the Member Eligibility Application.
