February 2008 -- US Script, Inc. is awarded Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) Accreditation from URAC, a Washington, DC-based health care accrediting organization that establishes quality standards for the health care industry. Launched in 2007, URAC’s PBM Accreditation program delivers the first-ever national standards and service benchmarks for the PBM industry, as well as Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) processes to improve operations and enhance compliance. |

December 2007 -- US Script’s RxDirect mail order facility receives accreditation from the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) through its Verified Internet Pharmacy Practice Sites™ (VIPPS®) program. To be VIPPS-accredited, a pharmacy must comply with the licensing and inspection requirements of the state in which it is located and of each state to which it dispenses medications. In addition, it must meet VIPPS criteria, which address such issues as patients’ privacy rights, authentication and security of prescription orders, adherence to a recognized quality assurance policy, and provision of meaningful consultation between patients and pharmacists. |

Voted best in the West by the United Way of Fresno County, US Script captured the “Best New Company Campaign” award in its first fundraising effort for the non-profit agency. US Script received the Best New Company Campaign award for running an outstanding campaign for the first time, according to Victoria Nelson Calisch, director of Resource Development for the United Way of Fresno County. The United Way selects a company based on organizational support, level of employee participation, campaign results, internal communications, special events, hosting an agency or recipient speaker and volunteer participation. |
